Policy

You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance - no questions asked. If you need to cancel your appointment in less than 48 hours prior, you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee that will be added onto your rescheduled appointment. If there is no rescheduled appointment, you will be charged the 50% cancelation fee immediately. If you no-show your appointment, you will be charged a 100% no-show fee immediately. If you are at least 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged the no-show fee if no communication has been made. After your first no-show, you will be required to pay 100% pre-payment prior to your next appointment. Any more than one no-show on your record and you will not be allowed to schedule again. Korean lash lift
